Five For Friday 44

Doodle Bugs Teaching Five For Friday

Welcome back and happy Friday! Spring has sprung this week in our classroom and we are here linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching to share all things spring in this week’s Five For Friday.

This week our kids had the opportunity to explore all things garden related. We had several different garden themed centers. Learning about the garden at this point in the year is the perfect way to incorporate spring and nature into the classroom. You can check out all of our garden activities in our post from earlier in the week called Garden Extravaganza.

As a special treat this week my mom brought us lunch on her day off! It may be something small to some but it means a lot to teachers who can’t really leave to go get lunch. We really appreciate her kindness and thoughtfulness!

Number 3End Of The School Year

We are getting ready to close up the classroom for summer. There is a lot to do to finish our end of the year checklist and we are just getting started. It always seems overwhelming at first because of the amount of things that need to be done but we are ready to dive in and get it all accomplished. It’s hard to believe there are only 12 days left!

Number 4Teacher Summer Meme

The meme of the week this week sums up exactly how we feel. We are ready for summer so we can rest, relax, and recharge!

Number 5Summer Countdown

Today marks the 3 week point until summer is here! We are finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. This week what we are looking forward to about summer is being able to wear jeans any time we want!

That wraps up our Five For Friday for the week. This has been a pretty low-key week. We are looking forward to the weekend and coming back to finish out the year strong. Make sure to come back next week to see how we wrap up our year!
