Hello May

May officially arrived this week. This year (both school year and calendar year) is flying by! May is always a fun yet busy month with lots of special events at our school including many different end-of-the-year celebrations. We plan on soaking up this last month with our sweet kiddos before they move on to kindergarten. Make sure to keep reading our posts for all the end of the year fun!

Our kiddos got to make their moms a special Mother’s Day gift this week. It is hard to believe it is already time to celebrate Mother’s Day again. This craft turned out so cute and our kiddos can’t wait to take them home and give them to their moms. If you would like the details on this activity you can find them in our post from earlier this week called Mother’s Day Mania.

Number 3Teacher Appreciation Week

This week was Teacher Appreciation Week! We definitely have felt the love from our sweet kiddos this week. Thank you to all our fellow educators out there. Know that your job is incredibly important and you are making a difference in many lives!

Number 4End Of The Year Teacher Meme

May begins the official countdown to summer (though we may or may not have been counting down for awhile now) and this meme sums up everything we feel about summer arriving!

Number 5Summer Countdown

This week’s summer countdown is at 4 weeks! Time is absolutely flying by at an extremely fast pace. This week what we are most looking forward to about summer is enjoying some peace and quiet. Spending all day in a class full of little ones can often be loud and a little wild. We are both looking forward to a little quiet time away from the chaos to relax and recharge our batteries.

That wraps up our Five For Friday for the week. We hope you’ve enjoyed reading about our week and look forward to coming back next week to share more fun!

Heather & Angie
