Happy Friday! It is time to link up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for another five for Friday. This week Angie and I both spent some time resting up for our very busy next two weeks in which we are presenting at two different conferences. Here’s what we did this week and how we are preparing for our presentations!
We have been working on preparing lots of things for our upcoming presentations, including some awesome door prizes! A big thanks to our friends Super Simple Learning, Mrs. Jones’ Creation Station and A Dab Of Glue Will Do for their very generous donations. We can’t wait to give these away!
This week we linked up with Teach Talk Inspire and My Day In K for their tell all Tuesday linky party. The theme was “if my life was a reality show it would be called…” It was so much fun for us to brainstorm some different reality show ideas. You can read what we came up with here.
We’re on Periscope! Both Angie and myself are super excited about using Periscope. We have loved watching videos posted by some of our favorite teacher bloggers! We have yet to make our first broadcast, but make sure you are following us. We will be broadcasting live from our upcoming conferences!
Our teacher blogger shirts came in this week! These shirts came in just in time for us to wear next week to our first conference. Thanks so much to A+ Images, we love our new shirts!
I have developed a love/hate relationship with the Target dollar spot. They have so many great teacher things right now that suck me in every time I go. Angie and I decided on a crayon theme for our classroom for the upcoming school year and we were able to find all of these things plus some in the dollar spot. Target definitely knows how to appeal to teachers!
That wraps up our five for Friday for the week. Make sure you subscribe to our blog and follow us on social media. We will be posting, tweeting, and live broadcasting from both Region 4 Access to the General Curriculum Institute and Frog Street Splash. You don’t want to miss all the fun!
