Another summer week is coming to a close. We don’t know about you, but it seems as though summer days and weeks go by way to quickly for our liking! Since it is Friday, that means that we are linking up with our friends at Doodle Bugs Teaching for the weekly Five For Friday linky party! Now on to our week!
Heather and her best friend Amanda went to Disney World this week. Needless to say I was all kinds of jealous! Heather said after three days at Disney, her favorite things so far have been Soarin’ at Epcot, the Teacup ride and It’s a Small World at The Magic Kingdom! They reported that while it was CRAZY hot, they had a terrific time!
.I got a new fridge! We had renovated our kitchen several years ago and when we did we replaced all of the appliances EXCEPT the refrigerator. Our old one still had a few years of life left, but we got such a great deal on this beauty that we decided to bite the bullet. I must say, I am totally digging the freezer drawer!
We are now on Teachers Pay Teachers! In last week’s Five for Friday, Heather had given a sneak peek at what she had been hard at work preparing for our store and her hard work has now been realized! Please go check it out and leave us feedback!
While Heather was creating beautiful, one of a kind, engaging content for our Teachers Pay Teachers store, I have been working on our Power Point presentations for two educational conferences that we will be speaking at this summer. We will be at The Region 4 ESC Accessing the General Curriculum Institute July 21-23. The next week we will be at Frog Street Splash Early Childhood Educational Conference July 30- Aug. 1. We can’t express how excited we are to be presenting at these two prestigious conferences!
Last but not least, we are so thankful that we have free time to do with as we please! Heather and Amanda have been running all around Disney and loving it! I have been hanging around the house, mostly in front of the computer, and enjoying doing things at my leisure.
We hope that wherever you are, you are enjoying yourself!
