Happy Friday to all! It is once again time to link up with Doodle Bugs Teaching and share our five for Friday!
We had lots of Halloween fun in our class this week. One of our favorite activities was making these cute handprint spiders with our kids. The kids really enjoyed making these and can’t wait to share them with their families!
You can find out exactly how we created these in our post Halloween Fun: Part Two from earlier this week.
This week has been quite the “perfect storm” with a full moon and Halloween. These are the types of weeks that remind us why adults are allowed to buy alcohol. Hopefully your week hasn’t been wild and crazy, but if it has take some time this weekend to relax and recuperate!
It’s The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown is one of our all time favorite cartoons and every year around Halloween we make some time to share this video with our students. The kids got to enjoy Charlie Brown this week and they loved it!
The staff at our school all brought treats to share as a special Halloween treat. We made Halloween trail mix as our treat to share. The idea for the trail mix came from The House Of Hendrix blog.
We used pretzels, popcorn, Bugles, Honeycomb cereal, candy corn, and Chex Mix. The end result was a very yummy treat!
Help support my classroom! I just started my very first Donors Choose project to get two laptops for my classroom. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated! Please use the code SPARK when you donate to have Donors Choose match you dollar to dollar. You can find out more about my project and how to donate here!
That brings a close to our five for Friday for this week. We hope you have survived the week before Halloween! Enjoy your weekend!
