Hello Friday, we are so glad you are back! It has been another crazy busy week in our Pre-K/PPCD world. It is time again to link up with Doodle Bugs Teaching and share our five for Friday.
We survived our first drill of the year this week. Our kids did a great job and there were no tears from kids or teachers! The first fire drill is always a little stressful, but we made it through with no problems.
C was our letter of the week this week. There was a lot of great learning going on about the letter C. The kids got to make the letter C out of play-doh, sort letters to find all the C’s, draw things that began with C and more! You can find all of these activities and more in the letter activity packs available on our Teachers Pay Teachers store.
The finishing touches were added to our new Halloween mega pack on Teachers Pay Teachers. There are lots of fun Halloween-themed activities including word wall cards, counting candy game, I have who has, and more! You can get it for your classroom here.
The book fair came to our school this week! There were lots of good books to choose from. Angie ended up coming back with The Day The Crayons Came Home and The Cow Loves Cookies. We highly recommend both of these titles!
Today is a half day for students. Half days are complete chaos as we have back-to-back classes. Our morning class ends at the exact same time our afternoon class begins. This means we are dismissing one class as the second class is arriving. It is definitely a crazy day!
That rounds out our five for Friday for this week. We hope you’ve enjoyed taking a glimpse into our world!
